The President of Oil and Gas Services Association of Quebec, Mario Levesque, says Eastern Canada needs to move quickly to develop its natural resources.

“We want to do it properly. For the last three years we tried to have an adaptation of the same kind of regulation we have in Western Canada and the best way to do it is to bring people to the west to see it with their own eyes.”
