Sheikh Abdul Aziz bin Ali Al Nuaimi from the United Arab Emirates spent five days in Alberta. While here he saw a hydroponics operation in Strathcona County, his first hockey game and was the Spruce Grove and District Chamber of Commerce’s guest speaker at a luncheon.
Brenda Johnson, president and CEO of the Chamber told the Spruce Grove Examiner, “We’re looking for business owners that may be feeling this ‘recession’ in their business but want the opportunity to look elsewhere.”
Sheikh Abdul Aziz did an interview after his presentation – check it out (below) and also hear about what former Alberta Premier Dave Hancock thinks is a key to international business success, while the Chamber’s Rik Kaminsky talks about the importance of holding such events for the business community.
