CEO Al Monaco told an energy conference the decision only reinforces his approach when it comes to First Nations consultation.

Monaco says Enbridge already has agreements with more than two dozen First Nations along the pipeline’s proposed route.

While Enbridge has been given a stamp of approval from the Harper government for the Northern Gateway pipeline, it must first satisfy more than 200 conditions.
